Cooking is an important part of the process of eating and even if you are not good at it, there are quick and practical solutions so that you can eat healthily. A balanced diet focused on our needs prevents diseases and can provide a dietary solution to many of them such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension, food intolerances and allergies, dysphagia, dyspepsia, hiatal hernia, etc.
In 2019 I began to attend private consultations in different health centers, settling in 2021 in Malaga (Teatinos), from where I attend in person, and also online.
Since 2021 she has collaborated as a volunteer with ÁDANER (Association in defense of care for anorexia nervosa and bulimia), giving dietary and nutritional support to people in the process of recovering from anorexia nervosa, bulimia and binge eating disorder.
I currently design nutritional education training for companies, where the bulk of the work is done from an office or office (sedentary jobs). The objective of these trainings is to improve or maintain the health of workers and thus prevent chronic diseases, in addition to creating greater well-being in the workplace.
